McCamant & Durrett can help you create your cohousing community in several ways. For the early stages of development, a slide presentation by Chuck or Katie introduces the cohousing concept to the general public in your area.

Once you have a core group, we suggest the Getting-It-Built Workshop, a clear overview of the cohousing development process customized to meet your specific needs. Our experience with other groups around the country helps focus your group´s time and energy. Hourly consulting is available on an "as needed" basis.
