The 2,600 SF common house with a great room, kitchen, lounge, kids rooms, laundry room and after-school/computer room. The 2.1-acre site includes a community garden and other child-friendly landscaped areas create a positive outdoor community environment for families. Sustainability measures include grey water use and bio-swales for storm water management. The development will achieve over 200 points in the Greenpoint Rated System and certified under LEED for Homes. Construction is scheduled to begin late 2011.
